Smut with this character? Honestly, I generally prefer fade to black, but I am open to it.
Fighting with this character? Yes, but she'll probably only fight if it's to defend herself. She's a police officer, though, so she does have some experience.
Injuring this character? Fine for minor injuries, but please talk to me before going for anything more serious.
Killing this character? Probably not. Definitely talk to me first if you want to go down this route.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character? Yes.
Anything else? Not that I can think of!


Permissions for alteredstates:

Shaz's river power is empathy. At present she is only capable of feeling the emotions of others around her, and she has little to no control over this. As she gains control she'll be able to choose who she focuses on more and block out the emotions of others when she doesn't want to feel them. Eventually she will get to the point where she is able to manipulate the emotions of others. However, she is extremely unlikely to use this power and I will of course contact players before she does this.

I will also be reading player permissions before having her read emotions, but if you want to be safe please leave a comment here letting me know if she can't. If on the other hand you would like her to pick up on an emotion your character is feeling then please describe it in the tag so I can be sure to get it right.

Empathy is fine with this woman here, and for my other character operapaintingandmurder it's more of the same, although his river power is to sense when others are using mental powers on him, so he'll be aware whenever Shaz is doing that. Eventually he'll be able to shield himself from others as well, but that's as everything evolves and by then we'll have plenty of time to plan things out.

It won't mean much, primarily because Ao Kiji's emotional rollercoaster is the least visited ride in the park.
